中图分类号：R563.1 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1672-3783(2008)-6-0015-02� 【摘 要】目的探讨老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎临床特点。方法 对2002年1月~2006年1月收治的68例老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎进行回顾性分析。结果 临床治愈56例，占82%，未愈4例，占6%。死亡8例，占12%。结论 老年革兰氏阴性杆菌肺炎的疗效与预后完全取决于及时、有效的抗菌素应用或联合应用，是降低死亡率的关键。�

【Abstract】Objective To explore the clinical feature of Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia in the aged.Method We make an retrospective analysis on 68 cases with Gram-negative bacillary pneumonia which collectedfrom January 2002 to January 2006.Result 16 cases were cured (82%),4 cases (6%) uncuredand 8 cases died(12%).ConclusionThe curative effect of Gram-negatigative bacillary pneumonia and prognosis in the aged depend entirely on timely and effective use of antibiotics or combined which is the key to reduce mortality .�

1 临床资料�
1.1 一般资料 本组68例中，男64例，女4例，年龄60―81岁，平均75岁。主要的基础疾病：高血压病32例，占47%；脑梗塞34例，占50%；冠心病28例，占41%；慢性气管炎16例，占24；吸入性肺炎20例，占24%；入院时患Ⅲ度褥疮12例，占18%；失语21例，占41%；肿瘤术后8例，占12%。�
1.2 临床表现特点 68例中体温在37.3℃～38℃之间26例，占38%，38℃～39.8℃12例，占35%，体温37.2℃以下18例，占23%，发热伴有寒战的30例，占55%；双侧肺部可闻及干湿罗音44例，占65%，单侧肺部可闻及干湿罗音24例，占35%；血常规WBC≥10×10�9/L 18例，占29%，WBC
