【摘要】目的： 结合临床实践经验探讨健康教育护理对产妇身心健康的影响。方法： 选取36例产妇为研究对象，经患者知情同意，分为对照组与观察组各18例，对照组采用常规护理，观察组产妇在对照组的基础上给予健康教育。观察比较两组产妇的各项情况，评价健康教育的应用价值。结果： 两组产妇的心理状况评定比较结果显示，观察组抑郁症的发生情况明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：本研究结果提示健康教育对产妇的康复有明显的效果及临床应用价值。
