制作:取一次性头皮针,剪去针头部分,准备一条长约5 cm的橡皮膏,将普通吸氧管的鼻腔吸氧部分剪掉,将头皮针底端与普通吸氧管连接,并用橡皮膏固定连接部分,使其吻合,即制成,将其放入气管套管内,并用橡皮膏将头皮针余留部分固定于患者气管套管外壁。
优点:应用一次性头皮针吸氧管既补充了普通吸氧管易滑落得不足,又可使氧气均匀迅速的输入患者体内,提高了患者的血氧饱和度,方法简单,临床效果好。
