【摘要】目的 观察中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死的疗效。方法 将65例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组，治疗组33例，对照组32例。治疗组在西医常规治疗基础上，同时给予中药，加味补阳还五汤煎服，对照组给予西药常规治疗，观察比较两组的临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率94%，对照组总有效率84.4%（P＜0.01)。结论 中西医结合治疗急性脑梗死疗效较好。

Clinical observation on treating 33 cases of acute cerebral infarction in the integrative medicine
【Abstract】Objective:To observe the effectiveness of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine therapy on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 65 cases of acute cerebral infarction were divided into two groups,the treatment group with 33 cases, and the control group with 32 cases. In addition to conventional Western medicine therapy,the treatment group were also treated with traditional Chinese medine―the Jiawei Buyang Huanwu decoction,which was not available for the control group.And then the clinical effectiveness of the two groups were observed and compared. Results:The overall effective rate of the treatment group was 94%,while the percentage of the control group was only 84.4%(p0.05),具有可比性。
1.2治疗方法 对照组按照常规疗法给予脱水、扩血管、护脑，抗血小板聚集及对症等治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上，服用中药加味补阳还五汤。方药组成：黄芪60g，当归15g，川芎10g，地龙15g，赤芍10g，红花8g，桃仁10g，丹参20g，桑枝12g，桂枝12g，牛膝15g，石菖蒲15g，每日1剂，水煎2次，共300ml，分早晚2次服，两组疗程均为3周。
2 结果
2.1 疗效判定标准 根据1995年全国第四届脑血管病学术会议制定的神经功能缺损程度评分标准[2]。
基本痊愈：症状及体征基本消失，日常生活完全自理，功能缺损评分减少91%~100%，病残程度为0级；显著进步：症状及体征明显好转，瘫痪肢体肌力增加Ⅱ级以上，生活部分自理，功能缺损评分减少46%~90%，病残程度1~3级；进步：症状及体征好转，瘫痪肢体肌力增进Ⅰ级， 功能缺损评分减少18%~45%；无变化：症状及体征无明显改善，功能缺损评分减少
