【摘要】目的 ： 探导不同剂量的五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎产生的量效关系。方法 ：不同剂量的五灵丸配合抗病毒，休息，及基本的保肝治疗。将患者随机分成4组进行疗效观察，对照比较。结论 ： 五灵丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎存在着明显的量效依赖，其中以每日18克为最适宜剂量。剂量进一步加大有使谷草转氨酶升高的风险。
【Abstract】The goal of the article is to discover the relationship between the dosage of Wuling pill (WLP) and effect in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B (HBV). In order to attain the goal, we take samples of patients, separate them into 4 different groups with different dose of WLP, and give them anti-virus and basic liver-protecting treatment. We find out that the causation relation between the dosage of WLP and the therapeutic effect in treating HBV is significant. Besides, the optimal dose of WLP is exactly 18 gramme per day, and too much intake of WLP will add to the risks of pushing up glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase(AST) index in body.
1临床资料
选择2008―2009年我院肝炎病例200例，其中男150例，女50例，平均年龄40岁，平均病程4年。根据2010年全国传染病与寄生虫病学分会和肝病学分会学术会议修订的病毒性肝炎防治方案的标准诊断i，同时符合慢性乙型肝炎轻至中度的诊断标准，其中轻度70例，中度130例，且所有患者呈现：
1）无严重的消化道症状
2）HBsAgHBeAg抗HBcAg阳性，HBVDNA阳性
3）凝血酶原活动度正常
4）年龄12―65岁之间。排除药物性、酒精性、自身免疫性，及其他病毒的重叠感染导致肝损害
1.1研究方法
将200例患者随机分成4组，每组50例，所有患者均给予抗病毒治疗，抗病毒药物为核苷类药物。同时使用西博爱制药有限公司生产的五灵丸（规格81克 ）。治疗1组每日9克 分3次服用。治疗2组每日13.5克，分3次服用。治疗3组每日18克分3次服用。治疗4组每日27克分3次服用。疗程1月，1月后观察临床症状及生化指标变化。血生化指标采用常规方法检测。
1.2统计方法
采用 SPSS for windows 13.0 统计软件进行统计学分析，各组间应有率的卡方检验。P
