[摘要] 目的：观察和评价腹腔内注入尿激酶治疗结核性腹膜炎的疗效。方法：将86例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，在常规抗结核药物治疗和腹穿抽液的基础上，治疗组于每次抽液后用尿激酶100 000 IU加20 ml 0.9％氯化钠溶液溶解后注入腹腔；对照组注入20 ml 0.9％氯化钠溶液。治疗结束后比较两组的疗效。结果：治疗组的腹腔积液吸收时间、腹穿次数、腹膜厚度及腹膜粘连发生率均明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：腹腔注射尿激酶治疗结核性腹膜炎可以促进积液吸收、减轻腹膜增厚、粘连，改善患者预后。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe and assess the curative effect of tuberculous peritonitis by intra-abdominal injection urokinase. Methods: The 86 patients were randomly dividedinto urokinase therapy group and control group. After routine applying anti-tuberculosis drugs and tapping the celiac fluid, the therapy group were given 100 000 IU urokinase and20 ml NS inject celiac, and the control group were given 20 ml NS. Results: The time of celiac effusion absorption, the number of abdomen wearing, the thickness of peritoneal andthe incidence of peritoneal adhesion in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group (P
