【摘要】 目的观察氯吡格雷对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP的影响。方法 58例急性冠脉综合征患者被分成对照组(29例)和治疗组(29例)。观察治疗30 d后两组血浆Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP含量的变化。结果 两组ACS患者用药后30 d血浆Lp-PLA2、hs-CRP浓度较治疗前均有降低(P0.05)。并剔除以下几种情况:①消化性溃疡患者;②肝肾功能异常的患者;③血小板 [2] Brilakis ES, McConnell JP, Lennon RJ, et al.Association of lipoprotein -associated phospholipase A2 levels with coronary artery disease risk factors,angiographic coronary artery disease,and major adverse events at follow-up.Eur Heart J,2005,26:137- 144.
