[摘要] 目的：探讨舒适护理在围术期患者中的应用方法及临床效果。方法：将400例围术期患者随机分为实验组及对照组各200例，对照组给予常规护理，实验组在常规护理基础上给予舒适护理，观察两组患者术前、术后焦虑、抑郁情绪及生命体征的变化，进行对比分析。结果：与对照组相比，实验组患者术前、术中焦虑、抑郁情绪较轻微，心率、血压较为平稳。结论：围术期患者需要给予舒适护理以消除焦虑、抑郁情绪，稳定心率、血压等生命体征，协助安全完成手术。

[Abstract] Objective: To study the effect and methods of comfortable nursing during peroperative period.
