【摘要】目的：研究氯沙坦钾对白大衣高血压患者的疗效。方法： 给予符合白大衣高血压诊断标准的100例患者为期24周的氯沙坦钾干预，比较氯沙坦钾治疗前后血压的变化，从而了解此药对白大衣高血压患者是否有作用。结果：通过氯沙坦钾对100例患者为期24周干预，比较治疗前后血压的变化较明显，有统计学意义 P140／90 mm Hg，日间血压均值 [8] Chobanian AV，Bakris GL，Black HR．The seventh report of the joint national committee on prevention，detection，evaluation，and treatment of high blood pressure．JAMA. 2003. 289：2560�
