[摘要] 目的:探讨无糖尿病史的冠状动脉硬化性心脏病(冠心病)与高血压心脏病(高心病)心力衰竭(心衰)患者血糖与心衰病情和预后的关系。方法:对220例无糖尿病的冠心病与高心病与心衰住院患者进行空腹与餐后2 h的血糖测定,将血糖水平与患者心衰与住院死亡率进行统计学分析。结果:研究发现冠心病与高心病心衰血糖水平升高者207例(94.1%)。其中,糖调节受损68例(32.9%),高血糖124 例(59.9%),达糖尿病诊断阈值15例(7.2%),严重心衰糖代谢的紊乱为多(P
