【摘要】 目的 探讨全凭静脉麻醉在儿科手术中的临床效果和应用价值。方法 以我院2010年1月至2011年10月间收治的80例手术患儿的相关病例资料为研究对象，随即分为两组进行了比较分析。结果 通过对相关数据的比较分析发现：观察组与对照组相比，在患儿苏醒时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间以及相关并发症发生率等方面均明显优于对照组，差异均具有统计学意义 (P均[1-3]�
