[摘要] 目的：对有创血压监测在颅脑外伤患者手术中的应用进行分析。方法：以2009年6月~2010年6月来本院进行手术的92例颅脑外伤患者作为分析对象，为方便比较，将其分为生命体征正常组和高血压危象组。在两组患者进入手术室之后、实行麻醉之后、手术正式开始之后等时段，对其同步进行有创及无创血压监测，并对结果进行比较分析。结果：生命体征平稳患者的有创、无创监测结果差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），而高血压危象患者在某些时段的有创监测结果明显要高于无创监测结果（P＜0.05）。结论：相对于无创血压监测来说，有创血压监测的结果更具实时性，对于手术的顺利进行具有积极的促进作用，但是在实际操作过程中也应注意严格按照规范进行，以保证结果的准确性。

[Abstract] Objective: To discusses the invasive blood pressure monitoring in patients with craniocerebral trauma operation analyzed the application.
