[摘要] 目的：观察研究滋肾缓肝煎联合硝苯地平控释片对高血压患者的临床疗效。方法：收集整理62例高血压患者的临床资料，均采用滋肾缓肝煎联合硝苯地平控释片治疗，以4周为1个疗程，观察疗效，定期观察患者血压夜间下降率和夜间血压负荷的情况。结果：患者血压下降率及血压负荷下降明显，夜间的收缩压、舒张压最大及最小值清晰，高血压症状得以控制；不同疗程相比具有统计学意义。结论：滋肾缓肝煎联合硝苯地平控释片干预降压疗效确切。

Obserational study on Zishen Huangan fried combined with nifedipine controlled release tablet in hypertension

[Abstract] Objective: To observe research clinical effect of Zishen Huangan fried combined with nifedipine controlled release tablet in hypertension. Methods: Collected clinical data of 62 hypertension patients, all used Zishen Huangan fried combined with nifedipine controlled release tablet treatment to 4 weeks for a course, observed the curative effect of the patients were observed by night, regularly blood pressure lowering rate and nighttime blood pressure load. Results: Patients with blood pressure decline rate and blood pressure load down significantly, the night of systolic pressure, diastolic pressure maximum and minimum value was clear, hypertension symptoms were control; different treatment compared with statistical significance. Conclusion: Zishen Huangan fried combined with nifedipine controlled release tablet intervention step-down definite effect.

近年来，随着生活水平的不断提高，人们越来越关心自身及家人的身体健康问题，高血压作为一种慢性疾病已经严重的危害人类身体健康，是老年人致死残率较高的危险因素之一。对于高血压正常或有轻度高血压的患者，每天晚上睡觉的血压要比白天的平均血压低，大约低于白天总体血压的10%~20%，随着睡醒后又逐渐慢慢的升高，本文针对高血压患者的情况，进行中西药物联合的方法进行干扰。
1资料与方法
1.1一般资料
收集整理62例高血压患者的临床资料，其中，男性35 例，女性27例；年龄28～72岁，平均50岁，收缩压均为150～198mmHg，舒张压在94～116mmHg的范围之内。患者在住院后的一段时间不给予任何高血压药物，然后确诊符合中国高血压防治指南[1]。高血压诊断标准：患者在没有服用降血压药物的前提之下，其收缩压为140mmHg或舒张压90mmHg，符合原发性高血压的诊断依据，患者持续长期的收缩期血压在18.7 kPa，舒张期血压在12.0 kPa，并且患者的夜间血压均下降
