【摘要】 目的了解高血压患者颈动脉粥样硬化的状况,探讨超声检测颈动脉粥样硬化在高血压患者中的临床意义。方法应用二维和彩色多普勒血管超声技术分别检测106例高血压患者颈总动脉内径(CCA)、内-中膜厚度(IMT)、斑块发生率并与29例健康组对照。结果高血压组较对照组颈动脉内径及IMT增加(P
