【摘要】 目的 了解2年来我院新生儿呕吐的病因及转归。方法 对资料进行回顾性分析。结果 新生儿呕吐52例，内科性呕吐占88.46%，以消化道出血、咽下综合征发病率较高；外科性呕吐占11.54%，以消化道畸形为主。结论 新生儿呕吐早期诊断十分重要，对指导治疗及评估预后起着关键作用。

【Abstract】 Objective The goal understood for 2 year my courtyard newborn vomits the cause of disease and the extension turn over.Methods Carries on the review analysis to the material.Results Finally the newborn vomits 52 examples,the internal medicine department vomit accounts for 88.46%,by the digestive tract hemorrhage,swallows the syndrome disease incidence rate to be high.The surgical vomit accounts for 11.54%,by digestive tract abnormal primarily.Conclusion The conclusion newborn vomits the early diagnosis to be very important,to instructs to treat and appraises the prognosis to play the crucial role.

呕吐是新生儿期一种常见症状，主要与新生儿的解剖生理特点相关，它可由许多不同的病因所引起。为了解引起新生儿呕吐的常见原因及探讨新生儿呕吐的防治措施，本文收集了2009年9月至2010年9月我科呕吐新生儿52例，占同期出生总人数0.732%，现分析总结如下。
1 一般资料
52例中，男28例，女24例。出生体重:4000 g 2例。出生时情况:早产儿9例，足月儿41例，过期产儿2例；自然分娩34例，剖宫产16例，胎头吸引2例。起病时间:
