【摘要】 目的 观察前列地尔和甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)疗效及成本比较。方法 将120例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者,在常规治疗的基础上,采用前列地尔注射液和甲钴铵注射液。观察两种药物治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及费用。结果 两种药物均可改善血液循环,改善缺血、缺氧,促进神经细胞功能恢复,治疗糖尿病周围神经病变(DPN)疗效比较差异无统计学意义。 结论 前列地尔和甲钴铵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变效果明显, 而甲钴铵比前列地尔更经济。

Alprostadil, and a cobalt-bromide in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the alprostadil and a cobalt-bromide in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) the efficacy and cost comparison. Methods 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus patients with peripheral neuropathy, in the conventional therapy, based on the use of alprostadil injection and a cobalt-bromide injection. Observed two kinds of drug treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and costs. Results the two drugs can improve blood circulation, improve ischemia, hypoxia, promote functional recovery of nerve cells, treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy (DPN) was no significant difference in efficacy. Conclusion of alprostadil and a cobalt-bromide in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy evident result, while the cobalt bromide A more economical than alprostadil.

糖尿病周围神经病变是糖尿病最常见的并发症和主要致残原因之一,其病因迄今尚未完全阐明,且目前尚无确实有效的治疗方法。笔者临床试用前列地尔和甲钴铵治疗本病140例,获得较好疗效,现总结比较如下。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料选择 2007年3月至2009年 3月住院 DPN患者140例,男 85例,女 55例 ,年龄 35.6～78.9岁(47.1±11.2)岁;随机分为两组。两组在糖尿病分型、患病时间、糖尿病合并周围神经病变的时间、自觉症状、临床用药方面均无统计学意义,具有可比性。
1.2 诊断标准
WHO诊断标准:有间歇性跛行、麻木、疼痛和冷沉重之一症状;腱反射减弱或消失;肌电图神经传导速度减慢:四肢运动神经传导速度( MNCV)
