【摘要】 目的 通过彩色多普勒超声动态评价他汀类药物对颈动脉粥样硬化及血流动力学的影响。方法 选择缺血性脑血管病120例。分为治疗组与对照组各60例,两组均给予阿司匹林治疗,治疗组在此基础上服用普伐他汀钠20 mg/d,随访1年。分别于治疗前、治疗后3、6个月和1年用颈动脉超声检测患者的双侧颈动脉内-中膜厚度、斑块形态、搏动指数、阻力指数等指标。结果 治疗组和对照组6个月、1年时平均颈动脉IMT、Crouse斑块积分、搏动指数、阻力指数两组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论 他汀类药物可减轻患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度,稳定斑块,对改善血流动力学也有一定的作用。

Effects of statins on carotid atherosclerosis and haemodynamics measured by coloured Doppler in ischemic stroke patients

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effects of statins on the carotid atherosclerosis and haemodynamics of ischemic stroke patients with coloured Doppler.Methods 120 patients with ischemic cerebrovascular disease were selected,and they were divided into pravastatin(20 mg/d)group(treatment group,n=60)and control group(without pravastatin,n=60).The intima-media thickness(IMT)of bilateral carotid arteries,plaque morphology and haemodynamics were evaluated with carotid ultrasound examination.Results There were significant differences between the 2 groups in mean ITM of carotid artery and Crouse integrals in 2 plque in the treatment and control groups at 1 year(P0.05,与对照组比较。治疗组治疗6个月时,较治疗前斑块体积稍减小,治疗1年时,斑块体积明显减小。对照组斑块情况显示患者未服用普伐他汀治疗,右侧颈总动脉中段斑块1年时较治疗前明显增大。
