[摘要]目的：探讨宫颈癌组织中hMSH2、p53及PTEN蛋白表达的关系及意义。方法：采用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例宫颈癌中的hMSH2、p53及PTEN蛋白表达。结果：①宫颈癌组织中，hMSH2、p53蛋白阳性表达率分别为62.96%、66.67%，PTEN蛋白缺失表达率55.56%。②在hMSH2阳性表达的宫颈癌患者中，p53蛋白阳性表达率为76.47%、PTEN蛋白缺失表达率为52.94%。hMSH2与p53表达呈正相关（P＜0.05）。 结论：宫颈癌组织中，p53基因突变与错配修复基因的功能缺陷有关。

Expressions of hMSH2、p53 and PTEN in cervical cancers and its significance

[Abstract] Objective: To disscuss the relationship ofhMSH2、p53 and PTEN protein expression in cervical cancers and its significance. Methods: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the proteins expression of hMSH2，p53 and PTEN in 54 cases of cervical cancers. Results: ①In cervical cancer, the positive expression rates of hMSH2 and p53 protein were 62.96% and 66.67%. The lack expression rate of PTEN is 55.56%. ②In the cervical cancer cases of hMSH2 positive expression, the positive expression rate ofp53 and the lack expression rate of PTEN were 76.47% and 52.94%. hMSH2 and p53 protein expression was positively correlated (P 在许多人类肿瘤中，p53基因突变被认为是恶性肿瘤发生与发展的主要原因[5-6]。野生型p53是一种抑癌基因，对细胞的生长起负调节作用，p53 蛋白活性受磷酸化状态控制，它的磷酸化与细胞周期有关[7]。p53基因突变后，不仅失去抑制肿瘤增殖作用，而且使该基因功能异常[8]。PTEN基因定位于10q23.3。PTEN基因通过抑制细胞有丝分裂、诱导细胞凋亡、抑制肿瘤血管形成、抑制肿瘤细胞侵袭和转移等各个方面发挥抑癌基因的作用[9]。PTEN蛋白定位于细胞浆中，经免疫组化法研究的PTEN蛋白在子宫颈癌中的表达，主要表现为PTEN蛋白表达缺失。PTEN表达缺失的原因有体细胞基因突变，即PTEN基因突变导致磷酸酶活性丧失，使细胞发生恶性转化。有学者发现，前列腺癌、胃癌、子宫内膜癌和宫颈癌等肿瘤常有PTEN表达下调[10-12]，本研究结果为PTEN蛋白表达阳性率44.44%，与有关研究结果接近。
本研究虽然PTEN蛋白表达缺失率在hMSH2阳性表达中高，但PTEN与hMSH2蛋白表达无显著性相关。hMSH2、p53蛋白表达均增高，宫颈癌中突变型p53与hMSH2呈正相关（P
