�摘要：［目的］为科学制订《公共场所集中空调通风系统运行卫生规范》的上海市地方标准，对标准中的指标进行筛选。 ［方法］采用改良的德尔菲法，在综合分析国内外主要法规、标准的基础上，形成第1轮咨询表，并在分析第1轮结果后形成第2轮咨询表。本市相关领域20位专家参加了两轮咨询。
［结果］两轮咨询表的积极系数分别为87.0%和100%，专家权威程度分别为0.63和0.72。第2轮咨询表中25项指标的变异系数均＜0.25。最终的协调系数为�0.831，卡方检验0.052准则公式检验，结果χ2R=33.226，0.05 专家们对指标体系的内容给予肯定回答，并有较好的一致性。表明本次研究最终形成的《空调规范》草案中的指标体系在必要性、科学性和可行性等方面得到了本市相关行业专家们的认可。本研究结果提示，德尔菲法可以作为方法学之一应用于公共卫生标准的制修订 。��
