[摘要] 目的:观察百草枯中毒致肺损害的变化,以探讨中西医联合治疗的效果。方法:临床对比分析68例中毒患者的临床表现、X线胸片、血气分析和肝肾功能的变化,比较常规治疗与常规治疗联合复方丹参注射液治疗的效果。结果: 服毒后3 d开始出现肺损害,7 d达到高峰,2周内出现严重肺损害的患者观察组占43.7%;对照组占65.3%。观察组病死率为43.3%;对照组为63.1%。结论:复方丹参注射液能减轻百草枯中毒致肺损害的程度。

The analysis of combination treatment of Chinese and Western medicine for lung damage caused by Paraquat poisoning

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the change of the lung damage caused by Paraquat poisoning and to discuss the outcome of the combination treatment of Chinese and Western medicine. Methods: Comparatively analyzed the clinical performances,X-ray pictures and blood gas analysis of 68 patients,compared the effects with the regular treatment and regular with compound Danshen injection treatment. Results: Lung damage were start showing after Paraquat poisoned for 3 days,reached the maximum after 7 days;there was 43.7% in observe group showed severe lung damage within 2 weeks, while there was 65.3% in control group.Mortality rate in observe group was 43.3%, while there was 63.1% in control group. Conclusion: Compound Danshen injection can reduce the lung damage caused by Paraquat poisoning.

百草枯(paraquat, PQ)是季胺类除草剂,其毒性极强,人服用后死亡率极高。分析本院2002年1月～2003年12月收治的中毒患者,与2000年1月～2001年12月的中毒患者比较,探讨PQ中毒致肺损害的治疗效果。
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
选取2000年1月～2003年12月本院收治的百草枯中毒患者68例,其中,男性31例,女性37例,年龄16～63岁,平均38.5岁。均为农民,口服中毒。有肺损害患者48例,占81.3%。
