摘 要：文章通过对城市规划中污水处理厂选址影响因素进行研究，筛选出两个层级的指标体系，并用层次分析法结合因子分析模型对这类选址问题做定量化的处理；较大程度避免了设施选址的主观盲目性和定性评价方法的不确定性。同时，文章用MATLAB、SPSS等软件对该模型进行了数据实现，并以实例论证了该模型的可行性。文章所构建的评价模型对于城市类似建设项目选址具有很强的借鉴意义。

Abstract:According to the research of the influencing factors of the sewage treatment plant site selection on urban planning, the article select two-level index system, and then we do some quantitative processing using the factor analysis model and the analytic hierarchy process. This method avoid to the uncertainty and subjective blindness of the facility site selection which using qualitative evaluation. At the same time, the article use MATLAB, SPSS and other software to deal with the date, and demonstrate the feasibility of the model with examples. The evaluation model of the article build has a strong reference for urban planning similar facilities location selecting.

1 前言
在城市重大基础设施建设的可行性研究报告中均会涉及设施选址问题，小城镇污水处理厂的选址就是此类问题的一个代表。选址的优劣事关项目实施、运转状况，同时还有可能对周边经济、生活环境等造成深层次的影响。传统的选址评价方法偏重主观，而个别定量方法（如重心法）又不能全方位考虑影响因素。故本文尝试性的提出用层次分析法和因子分析结合，确定选址定量评价模型，能较好的解决设施选址的问题。
