【摘 要】 目的 探讨银耳多糖对脂类在肠道吸收和对血脂水平的影响。方法 分别以1%、2%和4%的银耳多糖掺入高脂饲料中喂养小白鼠和大白鼠，3 d后，观察其对肠道脂类吸收的影响。4周后观察其对血脂的影响。结果 银耳多糖明显阻抑受试动物肠道对脂类的吸收，与对照组相比（P＜0.01），有非常显著差异。4周后检查受试动物的血浆甘油三酯和胆固醇，有明显下降，与对照组相比（P＜0.01），有非常显著差异。结论 银耳多糖阻抑肠道对脂类的吸收，对因饲喂高脂饲料引起的高脂血症动物有降脂效应。

【Abstract】 Objective Through animal test to investigate the effects of tremella polysaccharides on the lipids absorption in alimentary canal and lipids level in blood.
