摘 要 目的:评价医院血库消毒效果,加强管理,以便改进和提高。方法:采用现场抽样监测的方法对医院血库进行了监测。结果 经4年的连续监测,共抽样240份,储血冰箱合格率100%,紫外线灯合格率96.1%,物体表面合格率94%,空气合格率96.3%。结论:医院血库消毒质量总体可以,但部分监测合格率低,应加强消毒培训管理,彻底消除存在的薄弱环节。惯彻落实各项消毒法规、强化消毒意识,提高消毒效果。
AbstractObjective :Evaluation of the effect of disinfection in the hospital blood bank and to the improveme its control mechanisms. Methods: In order to raise the overall standards different aspects were examined to determine the quality of the safety monitoring methods in the hospital"s blood bank.Results: After four years of continuous monitoring, a total of 240 samples had been taken. The refrigerator used for blood storage reached the required hygiene standard in 100%, of the tests the ultraviolet radiation met the required standard in 96.1%, the working surfaces in 94% and the examined air met the hygiene standards in 96.3% Conclusion: The overall quality of disinfection in the hospital blood bank while acceptable. An effort should be taken to do more training in the administration of disinfection, and increase the awareness of it. This should eliminate the weak links in the implementation of disinfection and improve the over all results。
1方法
本次抽样监测是2004至2007年,共计240份样本监测,空气、使用中冰箱、紫外线灯辐照强度等项目进行监测的结果。监测方法是按照2002年板《医院消毒技术规范》要求进行的,判定方法是按照GB15982-1995《医院消毒卫生标准》规定的指标进行判定的,紫外线灯用紫外线辐射强度计进行检测。

此次检测样本240份,是连续四年的质量监测,总合格率96.3%。

3讨论
通过本次抽样监测表明,配血间空气、物体表面合格较低,要注意减少人员进出,关好门窗,加强消毒观念,保证消液的浓度擦拭物体表面,保证紫外线在消毒之前必须要做到用95%的酒精�布除尘,保证紫外线消毒的时间和强度。传统的紫外线灯消毒法、消毒后只要人走动,空气细菌总数超标在所难免,建议,最好用循环风紫外线空气消毒器或静电吸附式空气消毒器消毒。
