中图分类号：R271.14 文献标识码： A 文章编号： 1814-8824(2007)-10-0007-03 摘要:目的 检测基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和组织金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)在不明原因不孕症子宫内膜和正常子宫内膜中的表达，探讨它们与不明原因不孕的关系。方法 应用免疫组化S-P法，检测MMP-9和TIMP-1在20例不孕症患者的种植窗期子宫内膜和20例正常子宫内膜中的表达。结果 MMP-9/TIMP-1在两组子宫内膜的腺上皮细胞和基质细胞的胞浆中均有不同程度的表达。MMP-9/TIMP-1在正常子宫内膜中呈高表达状态；在不孕子宫内膜表达较低，与正常子宫内膜组织相比有显著性差异(P60%的细胞胞浆内出现阳性染色；++++级(极强阳性)：每高倍视野近100%的细胞胞浆内出现阳性染色。并且采用Motic Images Advanced 3.2生物医学图像分析系统，测定每张切片阳性表达的累积光密度值。在40×10的高倍镜视野下，每张切片选择具有代表性的5个阳性视野，选取空白区定标，测定每个视野的光密度，求平均光密度（average optical density, OD），OD 值越大表明染色越强。
1.4 统计学处理 数据资料中计量资料用均数±标准差(x±s)表示，各组样本均数间比较采用SPSS10.0统计分析软件包进行单因素的方差分析，P
