[摘要] 目的：探讨无张力疝修补术对腹股沟复发疝的治疗效果，分析复发的原因及注意事项。方法：把本院接诊的46例腹股沟复发疝患者分为治疗组和对照组，治疗组进行无张力疝修补术，对照组行传统疝修补术，比较两组患者的复发情况。结果：23例复发疝患者经过无张力疝修补术治疗后，随访2年，复发率为0，而采用传统疝修补术治疗的复发疝患者，经随访2年，6例复发，复发率为26.09%，复发率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：无张力疝修补术复发率小、操作简单，明显优于传统疝修补术。无张力疝修补术是腹股沟复发疝首选的治疗方式，值得临床推广。

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the tension-free hernia repair for recurrent inguinal hernia treatment, analysis of the cause of relapse and precautions.
