【摘要】 目的：观察中西医结合治疗急性胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：回顾性分析本院自2007 年3 月至2010 年3月应用中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎60 例， 并与同期单纯接受西医保守治疗的58 例急性胰腺炎患者作对照。结果：中西医结合组总有效率91.7％，西医组76.0％，两组总有效率比较，P＜0.05。结论：中西医结合疗法治疗急性胰腺炎效果优于单纯西医疗法。
