摘要目的: 探讨稳定期和活动期类风湿关节炎(RA)患者白细胞介素-17 (IL-17)水平的变化。方法: 应用酶联免疫吸附技术(ELSIA)检测40例健康体检者和120例稳定期和活动期RA患者的IL - 17水平,同时检测白细胞计数(WBC)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血小板计数( PLT) 、血沉( ESR)、类风湿因子(RF)、C反应蛋白(CRP)等实验室指标。结果: IL-17, Plt, ESR, RF,CRP等指标RA患者组均高于健康对照组( P
