  [摘要] 目的:研究巨大儿血清瘦素及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)与出生体重的关系。方法:共收集40例足月巨大儿与60例足月正常体重儿进行出生测量,于出生后第3天检测瘦素及CRP水平。结果:两组新生儿血清瘦素与CRP浓度比较,差异有统计学意义(P
