[摘要] 目的：探讨急性心肌梗死患者血清可溶性Fas（sFas）水平的变化和Hcy水平的相关性。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附法对42例急性心梗患者进行了血清sFas和血清Hcy检测并与40例正常健康人做比较。结果：急性心肌梗死患者血清sFas与Hcy水平非常显著地高于正常对照组（P [参考文献]
