【摘要】 目的 探讨前降钙素(PCT)、C反应蛋白(CRP)联合测定在新生儿早期细菌感染诊断中的意义。方法 采用散射比浊法测定100例发生细菌感染的新生儿(感染组)、50例正常足月新生儿(对照组)和72例非感染病症新生儿(未感染组)的血清PCT和CRP水平。结果 对照组PCT和CRP值分别为(1．5±0．07)ng／ml和(1．00±0．29) mg/L；感染组PCT和CRP值分别为(30．25±20．71)ng/ml和(45．19±25．79) mg/L，均较对照组明显升高(P0．05)，与感染组比较，差异有统计学意义(P0．05)。结论 血清PCT 与CRP联合测定可作为诊断新生儿早期细菌感染的指标。

Procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive Protein(CRP) in the Early Diagnosis of Neonatal Bacterial Infection
【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical significance of simultaneous detection of serum Procalcitonin (PCT) and C-reactive protein (CRP) in the diagnosis of neonatal bacterial infection during the early stage．Methods Nephelometry was used to detect the levels of serum PCT and CRP in 100 neonates with bacte-rial infection(infection group)，50 normal full term neonates (control group) and 72 neonates without infective diseases (non-infection group)．Results The serum level of PCT and CRP in infection group Was (30．25±20．71) ng／m1 and (45．19± 25．79) mg／L respectively，which were much higher than those in control group (1．5±0．07) ng／m1 and (1．00±0．29) mg／L respectively．The serum PCT value in non-infection group was (0．85±0．07) g／L．No significant difference was found between control and non-infection group (P>0．05)，there was significant difference between non-infection and infection group (P0．05)．Conclusion The combined assay of serum PCT and CRP is valuable for the early diagnosis of bacterial infection in newborns．
