[摘要] 目的：调查阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSAS）伴血压升高患者在不同状态下血糖、血脂控制情况。方法：回顾性分析本院2008年3月～2010年5月门诊收治住院的111例30～70岁的患者临床资料，根据8 h的夜间睡眠呼吸监测（PSG)，根据呼吸暂停/低通气指数（AHI）分为两组。病患组71例，对照组40例，并对两组血糖、血脂数值进行比较分析。结果：病例组TC、FBG高于对照组（P40次/h。
1.3 统计学方法
数据采用SPSS 13.0统计学软件包进行处理。计量资料以x±s表示，组间均数比较采用 t 检验，以P＜0.05为差异有统计学意义。
2结果
