【摘要】 目的 探讨BCA225在乳腺癌组织中表达及临床意义。方法 免疫组化法检测乳腺癌组织、非乳腺癌组织的BCA225表达。结果 ①BCA225在乳腺癌组织表达的敏感度为 82．5％，特异度为84％；②BCA225在乳腺癌组织和非乳腺癌组织中表达的差异有统计学意义（P2检验，P2检验，χ2值为68．47，P[1]，其他标志物阳性率大多数在20%以下，故灵敏性、特异性均较低。�
BCA 225是T47D乳腺癌细胞株分泌的糖蛋白，被称为BRST-1单克隆抗体[2]。它通常表达于乳腺癌上皮、卵巢和肺，但很少表达于胃肠道肿瘤上皮[3]。Nayak SK 等研究表明BCA225过度表达于乳腺癌的细胞株HH315和HH375[4]。一些研究表明，它是一个乳腺癌的高敏感性和特异性的标志物（95%的特异性和74%的敏感性）[5]。而其他的研究表明，全部的敏感性为40%[6]。笔者的研究资料表明：BCA225在乳腺癌组织中的表达比非乳腺癌组织中多见，敏感性为82．5%和特异性为84%，与国外的研究相一致。�
综上所述，BCA225是乳腺癌敏感、器官特异的标志物之一，可能对乳腺癌的诊断、判断未知原发灶的转移性腺癌是否来源于乳腺具有一定的临床意义，但尚需进一步研究。�
